I am currently working as a System engineer, where I specialize in managing enterprise infrastructure and providing technical support across Linux based physical and virtual environments. My role involves supporting Linux based Network Attached Storage, enhancing automation scripts, fixing bugs, and addressing system vulnerabilities to ensure secure and reliable operations. I also support RHEL-based virtual environments, handling patch updates, configuration changes, new requirements, and troubleshooting to maintain system stability and performance.

Lead a team responsible for designing and supporting RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Veritas Access (VA) solutions. Ensured the timely closure of critical support tickets and, addressing bugs that impacted customer environments and minimized downtime. Handle external stakeholder requirements by collaborating with them to understand their needs and provided the necessary support.

Manage and resolve dependencies with third-party providers (3PPs) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the product. Identify and assess potential risks during sprint cycles and take proactive measures to mitigate risks, ensuring no critical impact on product deliveries. Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet project goals and customer requirements.

Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational excellence. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., development, operations, QA) to ensure the alignment of the design, development, and support processes. Provided support in maintaining system performance, implementing upgrades, patches, and security measures to avoid disruptions in the customer and internal environments.
