Regent Auto link Private Limited is a Dealership of Maruti cars Where They Provide Sales Service and Accidental Repair under one roof.
- Inspect the vehicle and take the primary picture of vehicle to open the manual job card.
- Ensure the proper gate entry of vehicle
- Collect all the information about accidental vehicle from customer.
- Collect all type of document which are needed for insurance claim.
- Register the claim in respective insurance portal which insurer policy is purchased by customer.
- After getting claim no, follow-up with surveyor to do survey of said claim vehicle.
- Complete all the document and required thing which are asked by surveyors.
- Collect all the body parts from store as per job card and raise the concern about shortage and follow-up with part team till get the material.
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers. May also advise customers on recommended.
- After work approval start the vehicle repair and as well as update the customer about their work approval.
- Ensured to update the surveyor for every stage of vehicle (i.e open vehicle photographs, Work in progress photo, & final stage photo.)

Prem Prakash surveyors and loss assessors is the service providing company who is providing the service to insurance company to assess the loss. Insurance company hire them to assess their loss and to provide the best services to their customer (policy Holder)
- After get the deputation mail from insurance company, connect with insured or workshop to get the insured vehicle information to conduct the survey.
- Collect all the information from customer like Spot Photo, FIR, T.P Loss, MLC, Driver Details, Fastag details, Occupants details at the time of accident and the travelling purpose.
- After conduct the survey Verify the documents and check D.L and R.C online status.
- After Bill, submit the final Report to insurance company and resolve all the queries of insurance company.
