- RFX Solutions Deployment: Oversee outreach and deployment of multiple RFI, RFP, RFQ sourcing solutions, leveraging vendor partnerships (Scout, JAGGAER, and Coupa) and McKinsey content (category templates, proven approach, CoC expertise) to streamline sourcing event design, execution, and analysis.
