Researched and prototyped the 3D Conditional GAN (Pix2Pix/Vox2Vox) and Diffusion (DDPM) architectures for CBCT-to-CT medical image translation, forming the basis of the CBCT project above. Created the volumetric preprocessing and evaluation pipeline (SSIM, PSNR, MAE, MSE) used to benchmark generated CT volumes against clinical ground truth.
