Field Facilitator (April 2017- till October 2017): PRIA-Rajasthan - Working in Gram Panchayats of Govindgarh to sensitize, aware the communities (women and men both) importance of Maternal and Child Health. Recruiting volunteers, training them and guiding/supporting their works in the field areas. Training of Panchayat and VHSWNC members, facilitating the meetings of Gram Sabhas, Mahila Sabhas, VHWSNCs and Gram Panchayats.

Additional responsibilities include Consolidation of reports on all activities/trainings undertaken by PRIA team in Govindgarh and engaging with Block Administration.

Part time Project Associate (October 2017 – Feb 2018 date): PRIA-Rajasthan :

• Also working as part time project associate (8 days/month) to undertake training of volunteers, elected members of the PRIs and VHSWNC members in different PRIA-sites (Banswara, Siwana and Govindgarh), and documentation of field processes (case studies, reports) across PRIA’s field locations in Govindgarh, Siwana, Banswara and Anandpuri; Participation in meetings with state government and UNICEF officials in Jaipur.

• We are conducting Training Program on Gram Panchayat Development Plan with PRIs and Government Officers for Community awareness.

March 2021 to Dec. 2022:

• Feb 2021 to till date- SIDART NGO –Program Coordinator - Work on Road Safety awareness program, COVID-19 awareness program, Capacity building training program on Panchayati Raj for PRIs and Government officers, ECD- Early Childhood Development Program. Prepare training module, Agenda, Reports and other documents.

Resource Person in Reliance Foundation Jaipur:

• We are conducting Training Program on Gram Panchayat Development Plan with PRIs and Government Officers for Community awareness. Conduct training program on olivewood for SHGs
