Great experience in building Chatbots and Virtual agents using Microsoft Bot Composer, Microsoft Bot Framework, Power Virtual Agents, Power Automation, Power Apps.

• Built and Enterprise bot for our organisation which include three standalone chatbots and on top of an Orchestration layer (Enterprise bot)
• Good experience in all the different versions of Bot framework/Bot Composer with Multilingual capabilities and Azure AD/Multi factor authentication.
