Answering all the queries of a customer via a tool called TextReach. Managed a team of maximum 20-25 associates as a role of Shift in charge.
- IDO (International DCORR) – Same as DCORR but in this case we had to manually check the addresses in google and update the correct address to deliver the package at the right address. Managed a team of 6 as shift in charge.
- SNAP – (Street Network Access Point)– Managed a team of 6 in this project. Job responsibility included mapping and plotting of correct address in the map and identify if the address given in the system queue is a good or bad address and action accordingly.
