I combine professional knowledge with warmth and understanding, to help individuals navigate life's challenges and build healthier coping strategies. My approach towards therapy is eclectic based. I have a strong inclination towards academia with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and integrating clinical insights into classroom learning.
