Shabanaz Hanif

I am Shabanaz Hanif a Montessori Educator from Bangalore, India and have around 10 years of work experience in both pre-primary and primary level.

I am Interested in any position and would appreciate your consideration for any role that you believe suits my skill sets.

I have completed my B.Ed in Science and English after Masters in Marketing with a Montessori Diploma from IMTC.

I have previously worked as a Primary Teacher and Pre-Primary Coordinator and my current role as a Centre Head is Pre-primary curriculum planning, teachers training and operation management from the past 4 years.

I believe education is just not a learning process but a personality building process. Education should aim at developing young minds into positive thinkers and emphatic human beings.

Learn concepts with a perspective of its implication in real world situations and that we learn what is already there around us and invent ideas and things from what we have learnt.

I strongly believe in nurturing the future of our world, our children with humanity, social responsibility, kindness, love, consideration and respect for every living creature. This is possible only when the root or the base is made strong by giving the right environment and nurturing children with the right attitude in terms of learning through education from their early years of development.

I believe I am a team player and a very diligent person who very well understands the responsibilities a coordinator has on her shoulders in motivating her team and working towards the Goodwill of the school and development of its students.

I am also a very emphatic and humble person which I believe is a very vital quality required to be a Team leader.
