- Conducting daily briefing for the ground operations and own cleaning employees
- Required linens arrangements for the checkout cleaning and maintaining cleaning materials for the own cleaning team
- Arranging schedules for the maintenance work, which Ares empty apartments and sending maintenance team to attend the issues, which the building maintenance team cannot attend
- Monitoring and observing the entire operations, and flexible with own employees with strictness
- Maintaining a good relationship with each building developer's service providers, as Security, Concierges, building FM team for the smooth operations and the guest satisfaction
- For the guest apartment viewing, assigning the ground operation team
- Coordinating with the ground operations team that before each check-ins, the concerned apartments are ready for check-ins

- To collect information from the host, which is mentioned at the below: DEWA, AC Chiller connection, parking slots, amenities access for the guest, Internet and gas connection. If the host is not connected Internet,gas then with permission from the company, will apply for the new connections with the host contact number, email address,passport, and EID. DEWA and Chiller connections must be connected from the host side
- Key box installation, then the code of key box sharing with the company and host
- Prepare the Inventory check list, if its any items are missing , they should be added to add on it and informed the host to buy and get approval from the host by email
- Deep cleaning,then a proper photoshoot
- Accountants need to apply the DTCM Unit permit
- Then, the sales, revenue, and reservation team will coordinate each other, and they will upload it on the channels the apartment is on live
