Responsible for direct interaction with corporate customers regarding Relocations.
Developing movement plans & Coordinate with all the branches & third-party vendors
Responsible to check every quote along with costing to get the maximum profit on every shipment & avoid the
Non profitable job.
Do proper cost control in each job to lead the files to targeted profit.
Responsible for claim settlement in case of damages.
Responsible for handling (directly) all complaints and escalations received from private/corporate clients in a time bound manner.
Monitor customer feedback on all shipments and action on it, if necessary, in consultation with Manager
Keeping documentation of each move &
maintaining data for the same.
Raising invoices of moves & submitting them to the admins.
Follow-up with admins for the payments.
Submitting Daily reports to Manager as per given schedule
