The Company promotes, surveys, establishes, design, builds, operates, maintains and upgrades National Highways and Strategic Roads including interconnecting roads in parts of country which share international boundaries with neighboring countries.

• Site inspection/supervision for civil construction work going on and ensure that the work is as per project specification and final approved drawings issued for construction at the end of the Authority.
• Reviewing Quantity, Rate analysis and Cost estimate as per National Standard.
• Liaison with District Administration for timely Completion of Land Acquisition as per National Highways Act, 1956.
• Evaluating payment proposals received from Authority's Engineer and Contractors for approval of Competent Authority.
• Drafted RFPs (tender documents), Estimate for maintenance of road/Highways Projects.
• To prepare variation/change of scope proposal of road projects.
