This application leverages the PEGA Case management framework to streamline the handling and processing of cases, UI and routing for ensuring the easy case tracking, updates and resolutions for the American Express Banking.

• Developed a Service for Auto Case Creation using Service REST.
• Work on Report Definition to show details for each request received.

Client: Citi Bank (MCA Center–application). MCA application deals with the Risk Management Team-CITI Bank to manage Risk characteristics like Activity, Risk, Control, Monitor generally called ARCM. These ARCMs data will be consumed from the external DB as daily feed which is segregated and stored in Pega data tables.

In the Case Life Cycle, we use the ARCM data to create a case and modify or create the ARCM entities followed by set of approvals. Finally the provided data will be pushed back to external system CR&C Team (Data Migration).

• Removal of worklist and workbasket assignment error flows for service cases.

• Have good experience in tracing Email Listeners when a case was unable to ingest into PEGA group mailbox.
• Have worked on queuing of broken items during Health Checks of application.
