- Subject Matter Expert for Avaya UC products like Modular Messaging, Aura Messaging, IX Messaging, Avaya Communication Manager, Media-gateways (G650, G430, G450), Avaya Session Manager, Avaya System Manger, Avaya Media server, Avaya System Platform ,Session Boarder Controller.
- Capture and Analyze logs using Avaya shark and wire shark tools.
- Handling Escalation calls with customer for unified communication team.
- Configure and support new on boarding Avaya customers.
- Analyzing the issue with Events, ECS, Messages and VSP logs in server, System Platform and Media gateways.
- Trouble shoot upgrade issues related to Avaya templates, system platform, WEBLM and certificate.
- Supporting communication manager 5.x, 6.x,7.x and 8.x.
- Supporting system manger 6.x, 7.x and 8.x.
- Supporting Messaging servers 5.x, 6.x and 7.x also IX-Messaging.
- Trouble shoot on call issue faced by customers with live capture logs to analyze the root cause.
- Mentoring new joiners on Avaya technologies, tools, company process and policies.
