As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, In parallel, I have served as Department head for Process Excellence for 11 Years where I have led numerous change and improvement programs with measurable success with Year on Year 30 Mn INR Savings. I specialize in developing and institutionalizing systems that align Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across organizational functions—ensuring clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement. My strategic focus on building scalable, system-driven processes enables sustainable change and operational excellence.
