Execute end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across a pan-India retail healthcare organization with multiple store locations, managing hiring requirements from sourcing through onboarding.

• Manage 8–10 open positions concurrently across functions and locations, primarily mid- to senior-level non-technical roles in retail operations and support functions.
• Source both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn (Advanced Search), Naukri, indeed, Apna, internal databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to build strong talent pipelines.
