⦁ Coordinating with Sales Engineer for quoting Government tender.
⦁ Prepare Tender Bond, Performance Bond & Advance Payment Guarantee in Oracle & follow up with the Accounts department.
⦁ Prepare Estimation, Quotation, Purchase order, Sales Order, Delivery Order in Oracle System (ERP module).
⦁ Follow up with the suppliers for delivery status of the new purchase order.
⦁ Prepare Invoices, retention Invoices, Debit note, Credit Note in the system.
⦁ To manage Stock Adjustment, Cost Adjustment & Costing sheet.
⦁ Prepare new payment request for all the suppliers & follow-up with Account Department to release the payment on timely basis.
⦁ Prepare the Documentation for Submittal.
⦁ Coordinate with the overseas supplier for materials.
⦁ Follow up with the customer for dues payment.
⦁ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Sikkim University.
⦁ Diploma in Office Automation.
⦁ Navision Training (Updating order Entry net sales - OENS, MIS, Outstanding of customer & sales credit note, Order Entries)
