I have worked throughout my Air Force Career in Technical Maintenance, spares, tools and POL management through logistics procedure offline and Material Management System of IAF. Monitoring of spares stock, POL stocks, and its real time consumption monitoring through various logistics procedure like Demand, Return and expense book procedure. Managed vendors for purchasing various items.

I have managed team of 25 people under me as SNCO IC at REAB Ambala 7 Wing Air force. I am now switching to civil aviation maintenance after my initial engagement complete at Air Force.

Technical Sergeant at Indian Air Force (2021-09 – 2024-09)

• Worked flexible hours across night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Handled repair and maintenance of Rafale APUs, scheduled servicing.
• Handled the upkeeping, periodic servicing of tolls, and testers related to M53 engine and APU maintenance.
• Handled spares and POL store management and its consumption monitoring in offline and online modes through the Material Management System of IAF.
• Real time location monitoring offline and online mode of approximately 4000+ tolls and testors related to M53 Engine maintenance.

Technical Sergeant at Indian Air Force (2016-10 – 2021-09)

• Worked at the 4 Base Repair Depot in the Exam Bay and Bearing Bay of the R29 Engine (fitted in the MiG-27 aircraft). Handled the responsibility of checking bearings and preservation while following logistics procedures, such as demand from the store for repair, and repair and return to the store. Raising demand vouchers, returning vouchers, and checking inventory levels at logistics through the Material Management System of IAF (IMMOLS) at BRD.
• Handled vendor management at BRD as Assistant Manager for purchasing various inventory items for the local Air Force welfare organization, including DG sets, air conditioners, store racks, freezers, and computer sets. Managed command-level and local-level executive meetings, and organized social events and educational events for schools. Managed real time inventory of items of organisation. Handled recruitment of temporary staff by recruitment process, managed all task like salary negotiation for temporary staff and distribution of salary. Day to day task handling with distribution and supervision of tasks.

Maintenance NCOIC at Indian Air Force (2014-06 – 2016-09)

I worked as the NCO IC at Bison Tech Flight as engine maintenance staff for the MiG-21 Bison aircraft, up to second-line maintenance, and engine and accessories fitting and removal. Maintenance of documents related to the maintenance of the engine. Monitoring scheduled servicing, and lifed components running hour monitoring.

NCO at Air Force at Indian Air Force (2008-06 – 2014-05)

I worked at 3 Base Repair Depot as NCO and handled responsibility of carrying out NDT of all engine parts of various aero engine like Helicopter and Transport aircraft engines, Handled POL and spares store management.
