· Total supervision for room allocation to the resident, civil contractors’ work at site according to layout plan, AMC renewals for all the vendors such as pest control, elevator Co, cleaning, garden and landscaping works.
· Conduct regular inspections of the resident housing facility and student units; identify problem areas and enlist means to correct. Report, track and follow up on maintenance issues with appropriate technical facility team and vendors, maintenance and cleaning staff. Work the round the clock 24/7 with the resident.
· Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure all repairs and maintenance issues are completed in a timely manner, draft Notices to notify all resident for pest control, fire mock drill
· Keep Premises Clean, Hygienic and Spacious while maintaining their records, attendances.
· Coordinate resident student’s check-in, check-out, and room changes, including assessing damage charges and processing paperwork in a timely manner.
· Respond to emergency and crisis situations, and make appropriate referrals as needed.
· Provide coverage of resident housing facility during off-hours and weekends.
· Serve as primary contact officer for residents conduct issues in housing. Administer and implement housing policies and procedures. Ensure that appropriate sanctions are carried out in a timely manner. Maintain accurate resident conduct records.
· Supervise, train and evaluate Resident staff. Develop and advise student hall council. Provide direction and coordination for all Housing community development activities.
· Work under Student Affairs department and ensure students adhere by the hostels rules and regulations laid down by the Student Affairs Committee.
· Possession of Housing Units, handing-over of residentials flats to the tenants and record the assets for any damages before possession.
· Inspect the flats for any leakages, seepages and ensure there is no water leak from the ducts and overhead tanks, verify the Air-Conditioner are working according to their temperature settings,
