Teaching is about a direct dialogue with the learners based on the curriculum. Expertise only helps identify the areas where focus is to be more particular. Since my specialization demands a piercing and thorough evaluation of learners aptitude and inclination,I have to go into the nature of responses of the learners and the eventual outcome of what is transference in terms of knowledge imparting act.

My approach is determined by what is required and the pedagogical skills in the context of learners ability to grasp messages

• Certificate in Business English from Cambridge University Local Syndicate in the year 1998.
• Teacher’s Orientation Course from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, India in the year 2001.
• Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching of English in the year 2001 from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (C.I.E.F.L.) Hyderabad, India, now known as English and Foreign Languages University. 
• Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching of English in the year 2003 from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (C.I.E.F.L.) Hyderabad, India, now known as English and Foreign Languages University. 

• Ph.D. in English (Applied linguistics) from Ranchi University, Ranchi (Jharkhand) India in the year 2007. The topic of research was “Secondary School English Curriculum in Bihar : A Critical Evaluation.”
• M.A. in English from Ranchi University, Ranchi (Jharkhand) India in the year 1995. The topic of thesis/ dissertation was “Trends in Modern Novel”.
