At Trelleborg India, I trained under French process experts to run production, troubleshoot tooling and machine issues, optimize cycle times using OEE data, monitor rejection rates, and maintain documentation for automotive manufacturing standard audits — alongside tool/machine preventive maintenance, quality testing, and operations planning.
