Leading a team in projects both to Test internally developed application as well as Test the application developed for the client
Have been actively involved in design and development of automation framework (Java + Selenium + Appium)
Presently we have around 2000 test cases running daily and more than 3500 test cases executing on updates and releases
These automation scripts help QA team to approve a build for every releases and hotfixes
Analyze the generated TestNG reports using the generated screenshots and update the team with any Bugs or Blockers with the current build
Increasing efficiency by avoiding unwanted wait methods and getting more results in less time (Brought down the execution time by 30%)
Managing all phases of Testing Cycle including Test planning, test strategy, test scenario, development of test cases for manual testing as well as test automation
Reduced the time of execution by implementing test case optimization technique
