- Providing Technical Support for IND - Commercial
- Providing Technical queries related to Networking, hardware, basic software and Bluetooth and Operating system related issues
- Through Phone (Voice process) and E-mail providing immediate resolution to the customers related to HP laptops, and Mobile workstations
- Create tickets and try to close the ticket in given SLA
- Diagnose the root cause of the issue and assist accordingly, so that the issue doesn't reoccur
Testing Engineer - Central Power Research Institute
- Experience in testing of Underground power cables, voltage rating 1.1kV to 220kV
- Conductor resistance, Insulation resistance, Partial discharge test, Hot deformation, Hot set, Water penetration, Load cycle, etc., as per relevant Indian and International standards
- Associated in Partial discharge measurement on surge arresters & current transformers of voltage rating up to 66kV
- Heat cycle test on Conductors for Overhead Power lines, Insulator & Conductor fittings of overhead Power lines
- Current cycle test on electrical connector for Overhead conductors
- Assisting Test engineers with preparation of test reports, verification of drawings & documentation works
- Calibration of testing instruments with NABL accredited Laboratories
