I have around 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba, primarily focusing on the Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) and Procurement modules. I’ve worked on two end-to-end Ariba implementation projects so far.

In my first project, I started during the testing phase, which helped me build a strong foundation in test case preparation, SIT, UAT coordination, and defect management. As I progressed, I became more involved in client-facing roles, supporting workshops, preparing demo scripts, and documenting requirements like BPDs, FDs, FS documents, and RTMs.

I’ve been actively involved in all project phases — Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Testing, Deploy, and Hypercare — following Agile methodology under the SAP Activate framework.

Apart from implementation, I’ve also gained hands-on experience in areas like catalog management, contract lifecycle management, 3-way match invoicing, supplier enablement, Ariba-SAP ECC integration, and cutover activities.
