- Driving CSR & community development initiatives with effective application of project /program management skills including identifying focus areas, project planning, budgeting, materials procurement/ logistics, fund Management, cost control, public relations, liaison/coordination, project monitoring and balancing deployment of resources to ensure project execution within defined cost and timelines.
- Conducting need assessment of the communities / rural population /schools etc and collaborating with the partner NGOs, Government, senior management and local community /schools etc to facilitate delivery of high impact CSR projects that could enhance quality of life of rural populace.
- Successfully managing schools at Koppala and Yadgir and hospitals Bhoruka Netralaya at Gulbarga. The CSR initiatives considerably enhanced community centric image of the company among the local community /rural population.
- Conducting meetings with various rural target groups, managing public hearings and presenting proposed CSR activities to mobilize favorable public opinion and support. Involving all the stakeholders in the process of development initiatives.
- Setting up effective liaison with various agencies in State and Central Govt. including bureaucracy & local administration etc to secure required funding /approvals for CSR activities.
- Acquired comprehensive understanding of governmental procedures and the systems of movement of proposals/ files etc for obtaining competent approvals.
- Effectively handling public relations activities including event management /corporate communications etc to build strong corporate image.
- Prepared /submitted structured MIS reports to top management covering all vital inputs relating to CSR activities in the region. Effectively networking with Government Departments / NGO’s and local youth association / colleges for taking volunteers.
- Worked Bhoruka Netralaya hospital maintained and Eye camps in north Karnataka
