I work with an NGO in which i serve as HR, I have been working for 5 years over there now and have a ground experience in all the activities carried out over there.

The program likely provided essential people management skills, covered organizational behavior, and addressed key aspects of HR such as recruitment, labor laws, and compliance. My education also emphasized strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, all of which are crucial for success in an HR executive role.
