Operation of Block bar auto inspection line operation and setting of Auto Ultrasonic testing machine(PAUT) OLYMPUSUT-T1 System by Olympus Canada & Magnetic flux leakage (MFL), NOVAFLUX (RFL-65 AC) by PRUFTECHNIC GERMANY.
- Performing the UT,PT and MPI Testing's as per standard and good knowledge
- Setups and calibrations of Non-destructive testing equipment
- Conducting tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities(defects) using NDT methods of inspection (UT,PT & MPI)
- Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
- Basic knowledge in Destructive testing's (Tensile, Impact, spectro, Hardness)
- Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
- Fallowed and Respect the Customer requirements by (TAS)
- May instruct and supervise others
- Incoming Quality Production
- Maintaining and ensuring 5S Activities and safety precautions
- Maintains safe and clean working area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Operated Ultrasonic Testing machines, Modsonic TFT II, Arjun-10,20,30, PX 10,20 & Olympus and KRAUTKRAMER USM 36 for Structural welding's, castings, forgings. Performed Magnetic particle testing and Penetrant testing for all type of materials.
