I am holding a Ph.D. degree in the field of Chemistry. I am an enthusiast and motivated researcher in the field of material science and chemistry. I have developed and fabricated many materials for energy, catalyst and bio-medical applications.
I have five years of research experience, which includes, 6 months of project trainee experience at Physical Chemistry and Materials Division, Under Prof. P. A. Joy at CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India.
Later I joined as as Junior Research Fellow at Department of Chemistry, M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore. During this period, I have worked under DST-SERB, India, sponsored project entitled “Design and Development of High Performance of Magnetostrictive Cobalt Ferrite Thin Films for Sensors and Actuators Applications”. During this period, I have developed and fabricated thin films via CVD, PVD techniques for torque sensors application.
Being an Senior Research Fellow at Department of Chemistry, M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore, I have worked on multidisciplinary research areas including energy materials, catalyst, magnetic materials etc.,
I hold Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences.
Title of the thesis: Investigation on Magnetic and Magnetostrictive Properties of Metal Ions Substituted and Co-Substituted Cobalt Ferrites Processed from Nanocrystalline Powders Synthesized via Autocombustion Route".
