• Took pricing and cost decisions — restructuring instructor fees and resource allocation — that improved profit margins and reduced operational costs across active communities.
• Led RWA outreach and community onboarding: sat in committee meetings, made the pitch, and signed the partnership. This is the core of what Flurn does, and I have done it repeatedly.
• Drove programme one-pager design across all activity verticals for cleaner parent communication and faster enrolment conversions.
• Organised badminton tournaments with local badminton clubs, expanding community engagement beyond regular programme batches.
