Good morning, Sir/Ma’am.
My name is Shatakshi Kandwal. I am from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I have completed my Master’s degree in Geology, and I have around six years of teaching experience.
Currently, I am working as a TGT Social Science teacher, where I teach students and focus on making concepts simple, practical, and easy to understand. My academic background in Geology has given me a strong understanding of Earth science, physical geography, rocks, minerals, natural resources, and environmental processes.
I am a patient and responsible teacher, and I believe that students learn better when concepts are connected with real-life examples, maps, diagrams, and activities rather than only textbook learning.
I am now looking for an opportunity where I can further develop my teaching skills and contribute positively to the academic growth of students.

I have around six years of teaching experience. I have taught Social Science and Geography to school students, mainly at the secondary level.
In my current role as a TGT Social Science teacher, I am responsible for lesson planning, classroom management, conducting assessments, preparing students for examinations, and maintaining regular interaction with students.
I try to make Geography more interesting by using maps, diagrams, real-life examples, and activity-based learning. My background in Geology also helps me explain physical geography and Earth-related concepts in greater depth.
Through my teaching experience, I have developed good classroom management, communication, and student-handling skills, and I always try to understand the learning level of individual students.
