- Buganizer: Analyzing and understanding the concern raised by the reporter through bugs and providing the resolution. Buganizer is a tool owned by Google that helps teams track, organize, and document issues, feature requests, and product bugs. It's also known as Google's Issue Tracker.

- Research and resolve all issues related to abuse on GEO products
- Effectively identify problem and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools
- Managing critical escalations form clients on maps abuse including PR and legal escalations
- Managing internal escalations received for abuse and all other disputes
- Provide feedback to the team regarding necessary changes and updates including but not limited to policies, upgrades, and product related issues
- Analysis abuse and trends reports, identify trends that need to be addressed and communicate findings to the appropriate stake holders
- Regularly mentor and provide guidance to team members
- GO- to team for all leads// client for any anomalies found in the spam pattern
Trust and Safety Representative - GDO-RNC
- Content Review and Trust & Safety: Reviewed content for intellectual property violations and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Fraud Detection: Assessed the authenticity of account IDs and optimized algorithms to identify fraudulent accounts, contributing to a safer user environment.
