- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Supervise glove dipping line operations, including former cleaning, coagulant dipping, latex/nitrile dipping, leaching, curing, stripping, and post-processing
- Ensure process parameter control such as dipping time, latex viscosity, temperature, line speed, and curing conditions
- Monitor compound preparation (latex or nitrile) including formulation, mixing, maturation, and quality consistency
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) to ensure gloves meet ASTM / EN / ISO standards for tensile strength, elongation, thickness, pinhole defects, and AQL requirements
- Identify and troubleshoot production defects such as holes, fish eyes, uneven thickness, tackiness, discoloration, and weak tensile properties
- Optimize raw material usage, reduce wastage, and improve yield and productivity
- Maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP practices within the production floor
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance of dipping lines, ovens, and utilities
- Prepare and maintain production reports, batch records, and shift logs
- Support process improvement initiatives for cycle time reduction, cost optimization, and product quality enhancement
- Train and supervise operators and technicians to ensure consistent production practices
- Monthly meeting held with Technical team with corporate for over all unit compounding and chemical usages troubleshooting
- Modifying or suggest to Development team for mold correction for accessibility
