- Create in-house safeguarding training materials and deliver face-to-face and bite-size sessions during inset days and throughout the year.
- Assess schools' safeguarding training needs and support the regional safeguarding training strategy. Collaborate with HR and school leadership to ensure staff complete Safer Recruitment training in line with best practices.
- Translate and localize safeguarding training materials into Tamil for accessibility and regional relevance. Support implementation and optimization of safeguarding systems such as MyConcern and Smoothwall, ensuring correct configuration and real-time monitoring of alerts.
- Provide guidance on managing high-risk cases and ensuring effective use of digital safeguarding tools. Build strong relationships with DSLs across multiple schools and facilitate regional networking meetings.
- Maintain active communication channels (including WhatsApp groups) to promote collaboration and share safeguarding updates.
- Produce termly safeguarding newsletters highlighting best practices, case studies, and important updates. Oversee completion of mandatory safeguarding training via the Learning Hub and provide accessible alternative formats where needed.
- Support line management in addressing and resolving non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to all Group policies, including Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, and Code of Conduct requirements.

Headed the Program Management Unit as the Senior Consultant at Social Welfare and Women Empowerment Department - Deputed for "We safe" World Bank Project as a gender expert. - Has successfully handled 65,000 Cases through Crisis Intervention which includes Crime Against Children, Domestic Violence, Dowry Harassments, Human Trafficking, Child Marriage, Child Sexual Abuse (POCSO), Forced Marriage, Rape, Sexual Violence, Cyber Crime, Murder, Emergencies, Rescues Cases, Child Labor, Mental Health Issues, Crime Against Senior Citizen, Legal Issues and Other Complaint & Queries related to empowerment of women.
- Formulated and monitored the implementation of SOP for the Helpline to ensure effective survival assistance and to enhance response time by 90% as per the service level agreement with the Social Welfare Department.
