• Taking Follow ups, checking and saving mandatory documents
• Documentation of appointment letter and NDA and coordinating with new joiners in completing formalities
• Tracking and sending Payroll every month, Payroll Observation
• Documentation of contractors and Updating tracker
• Collaborate with Admin team on new employee ID creation

• Every month need to prepare for HR provision and RFP

• Contractor Management (Onboarding, Documentation, Extension of all types of contractors)
• Coordination with recruitment team for onboarding new employees and contractors
• Coordinate with IT and admin team to deliver IT assets to new joiners
• Attend various team meetings to discuss onboard activities (Meetings/Induction sessions)
