- Prepare and issue comprehensive bid packages including Expression of Interest (EOI) documentation, manage bidder prequalification, and maintain the Approved Bidders List (ABL) in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct full RFx cycles — RFI, RFP, RFQ — including technical bid opening, distribution to engineering for evaluation, and commercial bid opening.
- Manage all SAP Ariba & Epicor including work order creation, purchase order issuance, GRN/SES tracking, and procurement status reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

- Oversee contract security documentation — Advance Bank Guarantees (ABG), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and Insurances — and manage contract utilization, amendments, claims, and PO closeout activities.
- Process milestone-based payment applications and, where applicable, manage Letter of Credit (LC) drafting and issuance in liaison with the vendor and finance team.
