• Perform Fueling operations on Aircrafts.
• To carry out Quality Control tests and checks on Jet A-1/Diesel
• Perform safety and security practices on all facilities including Scheduled as well as unscheduled checks.
• Manage rotational shift as a Shift-in-Charge.
• To decant Jet A-1 Tank Trucks at AFS post all quality & quantity Checks and maintain batch Statistics.
• Represent the AFS as an auditee to various auditors.
• Carry out maintenance and checks on Aviation module of refuellers and static tanks.
• To investigate incidents/Accidents including Risk Analysis/Near Miss Reporting & Emergency Plan Activities.
• Carry out refueling of Aircraft & Vehicles.
• Maintaining QC document and carrying out various QC tests.
• Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products writing reports and documentation.
• As a team member suggest new development application.
• Preparing daily maintenance report as well as monthly report. reconciliation of daily consumed material against stocks.
• Supervision of Process & Documentation during operation.
• Overall responsible for the Quality and handling of the products operation.
• Product (ATF) receipt by road and storage in bulk Tank Truks.
• Unloading/decantation/Refueller top ups.
• Into plane operations-aircraft refueling and defueling with fueling Dispensers and Refuellers.
• Quality checks of product during receipt, storage and delivery (temp. & Density), Undertake hydrant pit, QRV, PCV, Drawing samples for test. Floating suction checks, Gravimetric Millipore checks, drawing samples of microbiological tests, pressure test of aircraft refueling hoses, calibration test of flow meter with prover vessel and master meter on the refueling systems/equipment inspection and Change of filter elements, tank cleaning procedure, fuel pumping equipment, verification of hydrometer
• Testing HEPCV/ILPCV, under wing nuzzle, inspection and testing of inlet coupler and dead man control (DMC).
• Hydrostatic test of pipe line, inter tank change over, refueller to refueller transfer process.
• Maintenance of static equipment at fuel storage facilities/systems.
• Supervising of fueling related equipment of fueling vehicles-Dispensers and Refuellers (Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical system).
• Maintained all quality related documents.
• Carrying out Stock Accounting in Fuel Management System & Fuel Handling System.
• Good Knowledge of All the Operations of Gantry & Fuel Farm.
• Tank Truck Coordination in fuel farm from loading to decantation.
• Monitor and inspect Static Equipment's, fuel Hydrant Pumps & Tank truck unloading pumps, fire hydrant pumps, fire DG pumps, Valves, bearings, gauges, alarms and to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
• Maintenance of Aviation Fuel Hydrant pipe line system and Hydrant pits, fuel Loading & Unloading system gantry operations, Fuel Dispensers, fuel Refuellers, relevant equipment's like filter water separators, fuel pumps, storage tanks, Nozzles & strainers, fuel pressure gages, hoses, valves without disruption to airport operations.
• Carrying out refueling of all aircrafts safely and timely following all procedures laid down in aviation Fueling Operations Manual and Aviation Quality Control Manuals.
• Knowledge of firefighting equipment and their uses in case of emergency.
• Working knowledge of back-office activities preparation UAN, POD, shift accounting, invoicing, GRN, SAP operation and many more.
• Looking to protect lives and property by committed work in firefighting through the use of first aid, medical emergency procedures, and fire prevention.
• Conduct Toolbox talk work force, conduct safety committee meeting, risk analyzing of all routine and non-routine works.
• Prepare shift log recording activities such as problems encountered and action taken at the depot.
• Daily checking the storage tank dips and record in the dip register book
• Drawing bottom samples from the storage tanks and perform quality checks which includes: Checking the density/temperature of the fuel, for water and sediments present in fuel.
• On receipt of petroleum products (Jet A1, Diesel/Gasoline/Kerosene) checking the temperature, density, conductivity, colure and sediments present in fuel.
• Cleaning of in line strainer / Tanker trunk strainer on weekly basis or as we need.
• Filling the issue slip and record how much fuel supplied to vehicle.
• Supply fuel in Bulk Quantity.
• Gantry Operations.
• Thorough knowledge of Fuel Transfer Pumps, Aviation Fuel Trailer, Gantry Pumps etc.
• Daily quality checks as per procedures/format
• Keeping all the Quality Records Up to date.
• Diesel to UN vehicle / Generators
• Controlling fuel stock loss/gain.
