I am a communications marketing professional with 15 years of experience across healthcare, public health, consumer and food sectors. I bring with me expertise in internal and external communications, handling change management projects, employer engagement, issues and crises, and corporate social responsibility.

I joined Takeda Biopharmaceuticals India Private Limited (Takeda) in November 2021 as Communication and CSR Lead. Prior to this, I was associated with Edelman India Private Limited for 13.5 years in various roles.
My expertise lies in strategic communications planning (external and internal), content creation, media, blogger and influencer outreach, community engagement outreach, stakeholder communication and issues and crisis management.
At Takeda, I was a part of various change management projects such as legal name change of the organization, market exits, leadership change and ERP integration. I developed their website for India and was instrumental in publishing the first India CSR report for the organization.
I have worked on award-winning campaigns in consumer engagement, public health awareness and corporate thought leadership programmes. I was part of an integrated consumer awareness campaign that received the Cannes 2018 Glass: The Lion for Change (Bronze) award.
During my stint at Edelman, I worked on the communications mandate for various developmental bodies like World Health Organization, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases, GAVI; healthcare and health tech organizations such as Takeda, Eli Lilly, Medtronic, Abbott, HealthifyMe, Wellthy Therapeutics, Wolters Kluwer and International Vaccine Institute and consumer & lifestyle brands like Canola Council of Canada, Cargill, S C Johnson and Fashion Design Council of India.
