I am heaving more than 10 years of experience in the field of Microbiology & Molecular Biology. Currently working as a Senior Microbiologist with FIND INDIA In my current role, I had an opportunity to provide suggestion and consultations about microbiology aspects related to NAAT EQA implementation and TB SLMTA implementation (ISO 15189 Accreditation).
September 2018, I was working as a Microbiologist & Quality Manager in TB Culture & DST Lab SMS Medical College, Jaipur, Where I provided technical support to the lab and supported the lab in NABL accreditation process.
During my phD I worked on Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia. Where I implemented my molecular and cell culture skills. I am also having experience of clinical trials & pharmacovigilance.
