E-Retail project is based on an inventory management system into the warehouses. This system is fully integrated with the warehouses. In this system, we maintain the records of inventory and orders of the product and apart from that they have functionality to check the status of order like order is in shipped state or packed state etc. and also we are maintaining the inventory like how much inventory is saleable or how many in packed state etc.

And in this project my role and responsibility is to test the entire flow of this project and create the scenarios manually and after that these scenarios are executed through automation.

• Performed the Selenium Automation Testing of the web-based application.
• Develop Web automation scripts for UI and functional testing using Selenium.
• Part of Web Automation framework development and Enhancements.

It takes all the requests from the users for all IT requests like Network issues, permissions, software, and hardware. It keeps track of all requests given by the users and requests automatically assigned to IT members with defined SLA (Service Level Agreement).
