I'm 43 years old yoga teacher from India with 19 years yoga teaching experience, I'm working in china last 15 years as yoga teacher.i'm teaching traditional hatha yoga with meditative way which is mostly focused on self body observation and breath.Im teaching yoga according peoples original nature and try my best to help theme be physically, mentally and emotionally fit.I have on human body, meditation effects on human mind and on anxietyam contine, breaking on i and one ling anyone, me atani, continue teaching and give yoga benefit's and real knowledge of yoga to people.
