I strongly believe in the "lab-to-land" approach, using scientific knowledge to address real-world challenges faced by farmers. Gained practical knowledge of seed production, processing, and marketing systems. Acquired hands-on experience in seed cleaning, grading, and storage techniques. Learned about seed quality control, certification standards, and testing procedures. Observed operations of seed processing units and post-harvest management practices. Understood packaging, labelling, and distribution of certified seeds.

Practical Experience - Agricultural field and laboratory

(2022-09 - 2026-05)

Gained 4 years of practical experience in agricultural field and laboratory activities, including crop cultivation, field management, soil and plant sample analysis, seed testing and germination studies, pest and disease identification, and bio-fertilizer preparation. Developed hands-on skills in conducting field trials, maintaining experimental records, using agricultural tools and laboratory equipment, and actively participated in farmer field visits and demonstrations.
