Working on Adani Power Limited (2x 800 MW Phase II Supercritical Power Plant) New Township Build project as a Safety Steward

• Conducting security training/awareness program as per training calendar to all categories of site own employee & contractor Employee
• Performed daily walk through for safety inspection of the facility including fire system documented and photograph finding and compliance
• Accident/incident reporting and investigation though why-why analysis
• Conducting fire drill, Fire evacuation drill, HCL & other hazardous material drill
• Job safety analysis before starts the work
• Ensuring that all records are prepared and maintained well and check their date
• Identifying Hazards and Risks Assessment
• Implementing HSE Policy and Creating Safety Culture
• HSE Documentation and Reporting
• Inspection of all types of checklists (Scaffolding, Ladder, PPE'S, safety harness etc.)
• Inspection of all types of Equipment's (Hand drill machine, grinding machine, chop saw machine, welding machine etc.)
• Inspection of a lifting tool such as web sling, rope pulley, chain blocks etc.
• Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated
• Ensure proper housekeeping maintained at the work site
