• Work as a Functional Business Analyst in the Trade Finance domain, gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional workflows for banking clients.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles — preparing test scenarios, validating business workflows against requirements, logging defects, and coordinating fixes with development teams.
• Built domain expertise in core trade finance instruments and processes: Letter of Credit (LC) issuance, Bank Guarantee (BG), and SWIFT-based fund transfer messaging (MT7xx/MT1xx series).
• Analyze and validate transactional data using SQL queries, and prepare business/MIS reports and reconciliations in advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
• Explore and apply LLM prompt engineering to finance use cases, including automating trade-document review and summarization to support faster business decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/product teams, ensuring requirements are accurately reflected in system design and delivery.
