20+ years of experience in Cartography, GIS, Utility, Photogrammetry and Lidar projects.

• I am currently involved in various aspects of project management as a Photogrammetry/GIS Manager which includes resource management, project management, project planning like, DGPS planning, UAV mission planning and execution, UAV data and Zenmuse L1 and L2 lidar data processing, land use land cover mapping, base map preparation, property mapping, property survey and setting targets for teams, analysis of team performance with respect to delivery schedule with quality, counselling & motivating of team members.
• Management experience in real world analyzing and Digital Photogrammetry to describe accurate 3D features – Planimetry and DTM from aerial and drone photography and Satellite imagery.
• An energetic, self-motivated and IT company trained, having a strong track record of delivering assigned projects with managerial innovative skills in Photogrammetry and CAD/GIS field (India & overseas).
• Managing conversion and migration projects for automated mapping and facilities management within Telecom, Land base, Electricity, Water and Sewer domains.
• Providing status reporting of the team and project activities against the program plan or schedule.

Experience in Photogrammetry and GIS analysis, design and establishment, team building, training, QC assessment by performing various online checks. Conducting QA tests for data. Skilled at building strong team environments by working as an internal support for team members, giving them training and updating of currently used technology in various Photogrammetry and GIS Projects.
