Drive the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, data management strategies, and analytics capabilities. Utilize data insights to inform decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and identify new business opportunities.
Lead organizational change initiatives to foster digital transformation. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive the adoption of digital technologies, provide training and support, and address any resistance or challenges.
Use shared IT services for a common resource pool for getting tasks done.
