• Verify incoming materials against POs and Delivery Challans (DC) for quantity and visible, Coordinate with QC for technical approval.
• To prepare the Goods Receipt Notes of incoming goods.
• Record all inward and outward entries in ERP or Inventory Management System.
• Co-ordination with procurement, quality, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• FIFO (First in, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles followed.
• To ensure proper identification of RMs, PMs/FGs and TGs for their timely issues and safe loading for dispatch.
• To ensure timely dispatch of Finished Goods and Free samples to the customers following FIFO strictly.
