BIM MODELER at INVICTA-TECH CONSULTANTS (2025-08 – Present)

• Responsible for preparing the Shop drawings for all types of buildings and involved in developing the 3D BIM Model and Coordination as per Standard.
• Developing shop drawings as required by a consultant before initiating site work and as-built drawings at the end of the project.
• Project Template creation, Model Setup for Architecture Models. Architecture modeling, detailing, Sheet Preparation, Annotations.
• Execution. Creating 2D & 3D Parametric families & producing LOD 300-400-500 construction documents.
• Manage a team of BIM specialists in Architecture
• Verify if the BIM model complies with BIM guidelines, project specified family creation.
• The initial project is set up with workflow documents and manage projects kick-off information
• Work with BIM Manager and project engineer to communicate and update models.

• Creating Title blocks, Annotation symbols, Tags Families.
• Exporting DWG files from Revit model.
• Assigning work sets to various elements for collaboration purposes.
• Copy and Monitoring Levels and Grids from Architectural model.
• Linking Architectural, Structural & models for clash detection.
• Revit Model developing from Cad drawing
• Publishing & Printing drawing from Revit for Design review stages submission.
• Developing customized Revit families as per requirement specification.
