Currently, I am working as an Area Manager at HDB Financial Services, where I manage a 120-member sales team across Delhi NCR territories including East & South Delhi, Faridabad, and Palwal. My responsibilities include business growth, dealer/channel expansion, collections management, recruitment, training, and target achievement.
Before that, I worked with Paytm as a Territory Manager, handling merchant finance, EDC deployment, EMI sales growth, and team productivity management.
I also worked with IDFC FIRST Bank for more than 4 years as a Territory Manager, where I managed dealer networks, handled cross-selling initiatives, achieved strong business growth, and consistently met operational targets.
Earlier in my career, I worked with brands like Gionee, YUHO Mobiles, Sony India, and Samsung India, where I gained strong experience in primary & secondary sales, dealer management, team handling, and market expansion.
Overall, my experience has helped me develop strong leadership, sales strategy, channel management, and business development skills.
I completed my MBA in Sales & Marketing from Manav Bharti University in 2016. Before that, I completed my B.Com from Delhi University in 2013 and my 12th from CBSE Board in 2009.
