- Responsible for implementing QSE culture in Syrup & Mixing Blending.
- Knowledge about Sugar yield, Concentrate yield.
- Process Interlocking verification for Syrup Juice and Cip Section.
- Chemical Analysis of Syrup, Juice and Maintain parameters
- Responsible for all quality management, and quality assurance activities in syrup, juice blending and recoveries operation.
- Responsible for monitoring sugar, pulp and concentrate yields

- Monitoring, assessing and improving process capabilities GMP & GHK in the plant
- To look after internal & external Lab equipment calibration.
- Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities.
- CIP time optimized, & completed successfully through Operation excellence methodology
- Implement GMP, 5S, Kaizens for smooth functioning.
- Plan Commissioning maintenance for processing area for smooth production functioning.
- Sensory for Treated water, Syrup, Ready Syrup, Co², Ready Beverage, Final Products.
- Making RCA for Syrup and Juice from Mechanical & Electrical View.
- Cleaning Lubrication Tighting and Inspection Done for Syrup and Juice.
- Support External Calibration Process Equipment.
