Leading the entire Reconciliation and Dispute resolution process of NPCI (chargeback, pre arbitration and arbitration case filing) for issuer and acquirer.
Resolve queries and concerns related to IMPS, UPI, RuPay, POS and Net Banking.
Analyze, confirm and report suspicious transactions. ERFM (Enterprise Risk Fraud Management).
Handling customer complaints of digital transactions and payments. Educate customers on various cyber threads and frauds.
Creation of branch level reports, financial presentations, and other artifacts required.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary departments like Accounts, Recovery, Information technology, Secretarial Audit and Credit Department.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external branches regarding chargeback requirements, system processing and functionality, and transactions.
Load balancing by doing day-to-day operations of branch, managing and assisting customers.
Report, Cash and Financial data management.
Drive simplicity in the day-to-day banking.

Officer – Branch Operations at Sadhana Sahakari Bank Ltd. (2018-10 – 2022-01)

Day-to-day branch operations, includes saving and current account opening and verification. Guide and support customers in various types of loans, cash, fund management of branch. Educate customers on all type of deposit schemes.
Handling the flow of cheque Truncation System (CTS), RTGS / NEFT Transactions, resolving complaints related to ATM and debit cards.
Conduct verification of multiple accounts type, Issue / grant of bank guarantee. Verify identity documents of customer (KYC) periodically over time.
Practice core banking including cheque personalization, locker services, Government insurance services (PMJJBY / PMSBY).

Junior Clerk – Head Office at Sadhana Sahakari Bank Ltd. (2013-08 – 2018-10)

Conduct Reconciliation and Dispute Resolution Process with the help of various portals.
Resolve customer complaints against RuPay card transaction and IMPS.
Settlement all chargeback, pre arbitration and arbitration cases for RuPay and IMPS.
Educate customers on chargeback process.
Handle Centralized Payment Systems (CPS), DEAF accounts process, RBI XBRL Reporting, Annual AIR/SFT Filing, TDS Payment, Centralized TDS Return Filing, RTGS / NEFT settlements.
